Email policy

moderact.com is a website and a one-to-one mailbox. It is not a sending domain for bulk email, and nobody may advertise moderact.com in unsolicited bulk email. That includes me and any third party. There are no affiliates.

In September 2026 three moderact.com mailboxes sent business introductions to owners at other businesses. Those mailboxes were closed on 2026-10-14.

The business introductions I still send go one to one, from other domains, only to businesses, at most thirty a day per sending address. Contacts come from public postings and business-data providers.

Each one says it is a business solicitation, carries my postal address and phone number, and has a working one-click opt-out.

Opt-outs are honored the same day. The address goes on a do-not-contact list and every later send checks it.

reachieving.com is a sending domain for those introductions and nothing else. Its web address only redirects here. Mail from it follows every rule above, and nobody else may send from it or advertise it.

If you got an email you did not want, email marcell@moderact.com and you are removed the same day.
